Spin and things

Spin this morning was great! I used some new music and look forward to teaching again on Saturday.

Food Dairy:


Breakfast
6:15am
one piece of brown rice and millet bread with 2 tsp. of sunflower butter
one dark chocolate peanut m&m(yes, one!!)
10:00am
1 1/2 cups of turkey chili with 2 tbls. of reduced fat feta on top
** feta on top was a fabulous addition **
