The "Cooking" Farm

Tonight has already been eventful and it's only 7PM! The girls and I made creme brulee(recipe from Alton Brown's, Food Network), up to the part in the recipe where you need to chill the custard overnight.

The red ramekins filled...



Next, JP(12 year old boy) and I made the gluten free pizza- Bob's Red Mill mix. We made plain(with mozz and marinara sauce) and bbq chicken(leftover roasted chicken from Whole Foods shredded by hand, with about 1/2 cup of gluten free bbq sauce-cooked at low heat for 5 minutes). The kids had carrots and baby spinach for veggies on the side.
