Slow and Low Bbq

Tonight for dinner, I made slow and low sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus, salmon and greens.

I haven't given my workout plan in awhile, and since I'm working on getting myself back to working out 5-6 days a week, why not right it out!!

Monday- Fresh Pond loop
Tuesday- Interval Challenge
Wednesday- Spin class
Thursday- Total Body Conditioning
Friday- run
Saturday- stadiums?

I made oatmeal pudding for a post workout breakfast. I'll post pictures tomorrow morning ;)
