Bell and Evans Dinner




Tonight we needed a quick dinner and Bell and Evans gluten free nuggets were the answer. I made some polenta and frozen peas and dinner was ready in 30 minutes flat! I made the polenta in low sodium chicken broth and lowfat milk. Then added some 50% Light Cabot cheese for a little creamy flavor. Delicious!


My plate with way too much polenta)that I couldn't finish)...I love peas :)
