Post-Spin Meal

After spin, my friend Nyssa, came over breakfast after a quick stop to buy yogurt and frozen raspberries. My favorite yogurt is Butterworks. It's made in Vermont, is smooth and creamy, and has the lowest amount of sugar of any yougurt I've found. I love it!!


I made breakfast parfaits: raspberries(defrosted in the microwave for 45 seconds), fresh granola(oats, raisins, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and dried cranberries- sweetened with pineapple juice), and Butterworks vanilla yogurt.
