Pizza Night

Pizza Night tonight!!

Bob's Red Mills gluten free pizza crust is the best gluten free pizza out on the market right now. It gets crispy when cooked on a pizza stone, and doesn't have that thin rice flour aftertaste like SO many of the gluten free crusts do. Also- it has 4g per serving of fiber, and contains ingredients like whole grain brown rice and millet. Not to mention it makes two LARGE balls of dough per bag of mix.

I used bleu cheese and red pepper slices on my side & mozzarella on Dave's side...

My slice(bbq chicken/bleu cheese/red pepper) on top of mixed greens...
