Workouts this Week

The holiday is over, yet I took a major hiatus from exercise through the entire weekend!! Yikes!!
So this week I'm going to try and do something almost every day!

Here's the schedule:

Monday- stadiums
Tuesday- bootcamp/interval challenge( this am- I'm going to be sore!)
Wednesday- teaching indoor cycling
Thursday- stadiums
Friday- lifting or OFF
Satirday- teaching indoor cycling

I have finals next week, and of course all school projects are due- so bring ON the stress.

But, I read this article online and it's keeping me from ditching exercise while I'm stressed!

I'm ready to pump some iron on Friday. As I think I told you, all I want for Christmas is some muscle definition.
