Merry Christmas everyone!!
The last day and a half have been really hard with Lola, who had a major setback with her training. Long
story, but she was not comfortable with the new additions to the house- ugh!!
We've sledding for two days- it has been fabulous. I forgot how truly wonderful it was sled and what great exercise hiking up that hill is.
Christmas eve dinner was mum's paella- with sea bass, scallops, grilled chicken, chicken sausage, lobster and mussels with tons of vegetables and stock broth. It was unbelievably delicious.
Tomorrow we always have smoked salmon, grapefruit, bacon for the boys ,and eggs for breakfast. Dinner will be turkey with very interesting sides like pear and bleu cheese salad, onions, and corn pudding( not as interesting). Our family tradition for dessert is peppermint stick ice cream with Christmas cookies crumbled on top.
I've done Jillian 3x times and am going to try to get two more in as I said I would.
