My friend Jen reminded me today about Bittman's segment on the Today show on corn. O' how I love fresh corn. In my opinion, fresh corn is one of the best parts of summer, other than vacation :) So, I made a modified version of Bittman's corn chowder, and tried a new cornbread recipe!
