I got up nice and early to gym for a quick cardio session on the bike, to keep me going all day long. Today is my long day at school, so I'm eating on the run.
I made this pasta salad (kamut pasta,cannellini beans,red peppers, feta, carrots, cukes, mint, parsley,and a homemade balsamic dressing) for lunch
My lunch with my morning/afternoon snacks: fruit & bean/pistachio dip with veggies ;)
