Since there were flash floods in our neighborhood on Saturday, and it was suppose to POUR last night, we decided it would be best to 'grill' inside.
Our menu:
94% lean turkey burgers
organic baked beans
coleslaw with peaches and carrots(made with greek yogurt)
I am always surprised how easy it can be to eat at home and be gluten free.
I've done two days of spinning and refueled with eggs after each workout! I'm deciding whether to train for a 1/2 marathon this fall, but haven't felt up to running. It happens...
