Jamie's Birthday

My very dear friend Jamie's birthday is Monday. So her husband, Jay, had a surprise get together for her last night in Boston. We went to the Ivy for dinner, and then headed over to Young Frankenstein at the Boston Opera House afterwards.

The Ivy was a great find with many gluten free choices including salads, salmon, and chicken options.

I got the house salad(sans bread) and had the salmon.


Dave got the salmon and their four cheese macaroni. Jamie had the mussels.


Everything was delicious, except Jay and Dave both agreed their fettuccine and meatballs was sub-par. We would all go back again though!! :)

We then went over to the Opera House for Young Frankenstein. Jay had gotten four FRONT row seats!

The show had so many great one-liners!!! We laughed the entire time! You can almost hear Mel Brooks saying them himself!

Off to study for my last exam of the semester...
